We like to keep our class sizes small in order to give students individual attention. Below are our maximum class sizes:

  • Messy Masters – max. 6
  • Mini Masters – max. 10
  • Junior Masters – max. 12
  • Mega Masters – max. 12
  • Drawing Masters I – max. 12
  • Drawing Masters II – max. 12

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If that happens, you will be notified and if another time doesn’t work, a full refund will be issued.

What if we miss a class?2019-04-16T17:50:22-05:00

We understand things come up and life happens and we try to be flexible in allowing makeup classes. However, it can be very difficult and disruptive to the classes and our teachers to have students come in and be working on something completely different than the rest of the class to make up their missed work. Therefore, we are changing our makeup policy. Effective May 26th 2019, you may make up your missed class during any other scheduled class if it is within the same week. If you are unable to come another time that same week, you may come 30 minutes early to class the following week. This must be arranged in advance so we are prepared- please do not just show up because your child’s teacher will not be prepared. If you are unable to come at either of these times, the teacher will complete the steps necessary to your student’s work in order for them to be current with the class.

What if I need to cancel my course enrollment?2017-01-31T13:50:59-06:00

We understand schedules change and things come up. If you need to cancel enrollment prior to the beginning of classes, we will offer a full refund with a $25 processing charge. We are unable to offer refunds once the session begins. If you are on a payment plan and cancel enrollment, you will be charged in full for the remaining balance.

Do I need to provide anything for the Masters Courses?2017-01-31T13:50:20-06:00

Just bring your child ready to explore and create. We provide smocks, all materials, and a transformative experience for you and your child.

I’m not sure my child will like it. Can we do a trial class?2018-12-05T16:58:18-06:00

Kids love coming to Creative Edge, but if you’re unsure, you can purchase a Flex Pass to try a variety of our options and use it as an extended trial, or we offer one-time trial classes for the price of a single class. We ask that you call the studio to arrange a trial class.

What is your cancellation policy for camps?2017-01-31T13:59:18-06:00

All registrations cancelled 5 days prior to the start of the camp will receive a full refund (for summer camps, we charge a $25 processing fee). If you cancel less than 5 days, but more than 24 hours before the start of the camp, you will receive credit for a future event. If you don’t show up, or cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the camp, no refund or future credit will be given.

When is the balance due on my summer camp?2018-02-21T16:33:02-06:00

A 50% deposit is required at the time you book your summer camp. The remaining balance will be due May 1st. If your card is saved on file, it will automatically be charged, otherwise, you will receive an invoice for the balance that is due. After May 1st, payment for camp registrations is due in full.

We offer a 5% sibling discount as well as a discount for enrolling in multiple camps in one transaction. Camps booked in separate transactions cannot be discounted.

We don’t offer make-ups, credits, or refunds for missed days of summer camps.

Unfortunately not. All Flex Passes are non refundable and must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Does my child need to be potty trained?2017-01-31T13:43:38-06:00

No, but we ask that parents remain on premises for children who are not fully potty trained.

Yes! Refer friends, family, or other creative minds! For each referral you make that enrolls in our Masters Series classes or books a party with us you’ll receive a $20 credit on your Creative Edge account! Share your unique referral link on Facebook, Twitter, email- smoke signals (just checking to see if you’re paying attention) and we’ll keep track for you, otherwise, ask your friends to leave your name in the notes section of their order.

Do I need to stay with my child while they are at the studio?2017-01-31T13:41:33-06:00

For courses, our studio is “drop-off optional”. For camps & Friday Night Fun children should be dropped off. When dropping off, please make sure we have current contact information for you. Also, make sure to come back to the studio 5 minutes before the scheduled end time to pick up your artist.

What if Creative Edge Art Studio cancels a class, camp, or event?2017-01-31T13:40:19-06:00

There may be times we need to cancel a class, camp, or event due to inclement weather or illness. If so, we will contact you with as much advance notice as possible. If we have to cancel a class, we will offer a make-up session as soon as possible, but understand that it might not occur until the scheduled end of a session.

We offer a 5% or 10% family/ multi enrollment discount on most of our offerings. Our blog announces pre-registration discounts on our courses and workshops.

Can I just drop in for a class or camp?2017-01-31T13:38:50-06:00

No, unfortunately, we do not allow drop ins. For Open Art Time; we require 1 hour advance notice so we can be prepared for your session. There also may be times that we are unable to accomodate your requested time slot. If this happens, we will let you know the next available times.
