Give yourself a little extra attention and some good old fashioned self-love this Valentine’s weekend. Yoga instructor, Celina Rangel, will lead you through an hour-long flow style Yoga class designed to help you take your workout to a level of mind-body connection. This class will help you relax and focus while gaining flexibility and strength- and it will boost your mood. The class is appropriate for all levels of experience- from those just beginning Yoga to the more experienced Yogi. After the class, we’ll enjoy some wine and light bites. It’s the perfect evening to spend with your loved one, best friend, or with yourself.
Celina Rangel discovered yoga 4 years ago. It started as a way for her to exercise, but it grew to be so much more for her. Now she truly enjoys being able to share her passion for yoga. Celina is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher who has been teaching flow style yoga for 2 years. She loves sharing what yoga can do for all people and sharing how yoga can keep not only our bodies healthy and happy, but our minds and spirits as well. She currently teaches flow classes at YogaWorks Pearland as well as teaching private classes. She has been married to her husband Joe for over 11 years, has 2 young daughters, ages 4 and 6, and lives in the Pearland/Manvel area.
